Comfort in Contact

The touch of someone’s hand is very intimate act, it’s most commonly a gesture used to show closeness or some sort of sensuality.  There becomes a conversation between bodies and hands, another language which only the people you are closest with can understand.  I found interest in this discovery because I am someone who can only share these sensual moments with the people I am close with or no one at all.  I move and talk with my hands a different way than any other person would.  I photograph these movements I have noticed in other peoples conversations with themselves or others because I want to document them.  I want other people to see the comfort in contact that I see.
